Snail - nVidia Optimus on Linux (while Gentoo x86_64 supported)

For now only Gentoo supported. In my plan is to remove sudo from dependencies and write ebuild/deb/rpm.
All the interface is reduced to one nvrun command withot requirenments to start/stop the services.
I think the project is little different from original Bumblebee/IronHide projects so it have rights to live.
